Our Story
From a 50-bed facility to a 100-bed multi-specialty hospital
Star Hospital was founded in 2007 as a 50-bed facility. On 30 May 2017, it relocated to purpose-built premises in Sanepa-2, Lalitpur, becoming the first hospital to meet the standards set by the Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal. Today it operates as a 100-bed hospital with 22 specialty centres and state-of-the-art modular operation theatres, in an earthquake-resistant building.
